Thanks to Bryson, we all had some fun on Labor Day. And just a warning to all -
"Watch out for those two-headed dragons..."
-Elder Bryson Wandling
For those that are unfamiliar with the quote, please refer to the following excerpt from Bryson's first letter home from Texas...
"Well so that first night at dinner at the branch presidents house his wife made us fish tacos and they were amazing but later that night he brought out jalapenos and gave me and another elder that's only been in this area for 6 weeks. Well, I know they were going to make me eat it so I just bit the whole thing and started chewing and that's when the fire started. It was one of the hottest things ever. I started sweating so bad and my face turned red. I was afraid I was going to barf my guts out it was so hot and they were all laughing and stuff because here, most the of the kids can speak okay Spanish but the parents don't really. Presidente Arana can speak okay, but definitely not full English. But yeah, so finally they gave me milk and stuff because they thought I was going to die. I just sucked on ice the rest of the time because it burnt to breathe. It's funny because they call jalapenos the two-headed dragon because it burns going in and it burns just as bad coming out."
