Unwanted Invitation

Last night Bransen went to bed without a peep. He so lovingly kissed mom and dad goodnight, quietly laid in his crib and feel into a deep, peaceful sleep. A few hours later (shortly after mom had gone to bed) Bransen surprisingly invited me to attend his "all-nighter" party he had planned. I had no inkling or suspicion that he had planned such an event, but I sure came to a quick realization when he gave me the loud, playful invite.

He (not WE) had such a fun party in our bed last night.

Starting promptly at 2:00 AM the following events occurred;

He playfully screamed

He steamed rolled over two adult bodies

He threw remotes

He kicked the two adult bodies

He laughed

He kissed (open mouthed) all over moms face

He pulled moms hair

He got the alarm clock to start beeping

He played "peek a boo" under the blankets

Oh' the joys of being a parent..."All-nighters" are especially fun when you have to work the next day!!
